Data collection
Tarot AI does not require user accounts.
In its current version, readings, prompts, and generated interpretation content are processed on the user’s device. Miami Beach Labs does not receive that reading content on its own servers.
On-device processing
Tarot AI uses Apple-provided on-device language model capabilities available on supported versions of iOS. Reading generation and interpretation are intended to run locally on the device rather than through a remote AI API.
To the extent Apple’s on-device intelligence features are involved, their device-level privacy characteristics apply to that local processing.
Internet and network usage
In its current version, Tarot AI does not depend on Miami Beach Labs servers for core reading generation.
Saved readings and local storage
Users may choose to save readings on their own device. Those saved readings remain local to the device unless the user independently includes them in an Apple-managed backup or shares them using device features outside the app.
Miami Beach Labs does not have access to locally saved readings and does not maintain a separate copy of them.
Third-party services
In its current version, Tarot AI does not use third-party cloud AI APIs to process readings.
The app relies on Apple’s operating system capabilities available on the device. Any broader platform-level handling performed by Apple is governed by Apple’s own policies and settings, not by a separate Miami Beach Labs backend service.
Policy updates
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time if the app’s features or data practices change, or if legal requirements change.
When updates are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
